Cookoff Details

• Fill out the entry form found here.

• Cookoff to be held Sunday, June 15th, 2014 (Father’s Day).

• Start time 8am, judging at 4pm, awards presented aprox. 6pm.

• Meats will be supplied

• Categories will be chicken and pork spare ribs.

• $30.00 entry fee
• Bring your own shade, tables and chairs.
• Contest will go off rain or shine.
• Cooking area/space for each team will be aprox 10×10 area
• One Day competition, check in at 8am, judging at 4pm.
• All types of cookers allowed (sorry no electric)
• Points awarded based on appearance, taste and tenderness.
• Trophy Awards given for 1st through 3rd place in both categories
• Trophy Award given for best of the best from both categories.
